Batch control has been BCI's specialty since 1983. We build systems that scale from a single scale or single hopper up to fully flexible, recipe-driven lines, and we engineer in the techniques that hold accuracy where your product and your records demand it.
Every system we deliver follows the ISA-88 batch standard, so recipes, equipment and procedures are structured the same way your operators and quality team already think about production.
A batch system rarely runs on its own. We connect batch control to the business layer above it, so production orders come down from your ERP and material consumption, yields and completed batch records go back up without anyone re-keying them. That link covers ERP platforms including SAP and JD Edwards, and extends to batch-focused MES where you need scheduling, electronic batch records and plant-wide reporting.
